Q) How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

A) The order will be delivered within 10 days from the date of order. You can find the duration of delivery by specifying your pin code at the toolbar, located at the right side of the product detail page.


Q) Does mycsm.in deliver products outside India?

A) Yes, The Chennai Shopping Mall delivers products outside India. Kindly check delivery duration by mentioning your pin code in the toolbar located at the right side of the product detail page.


Q) What modes of payment are acceptable by mycsm.in?

A) The following payments are accepted at mycsm.in :

1) Credit cards

2) Debit cards

3) Net banking

4) Mobile wallet (PayTM, Google Pay,…)

5) Cash on delivery

Q) What should I do if my payment fails?

A) Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.


Q) How can I track my order?

A) Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the Online Tracking Facility on our website under “Track Order” in My Account section. If in case the package status is shown as non-deliverable, please call our courier partners’ customer service numbers or reach out to them.


You can also mail us at [email protected] with your order number in case of further queries.

Q) Can I purchase different products for different shipment addresses in one order?

A) We can process only one shipping address per order. So, if any customer would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat this as separate orders.


A particular order can only be delivered to a single address. As a suggestion, we request you to place two orders for different addresses


Q) Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

A) All our Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We use CC Avenue, PayU, Amazon, Paypal & PayTM payment gateways. So you can be rest assured about the mode of payment you choose.


Q) Do I have to incur additional charges for international shipping?

A) We wish to inform that we do charge a nominal shipping fee on international orders. However, you can avail Free Shipping on international orders when orders are above the minimum price in the following countries

●$100 in United States

●70 Pound in United Kingdom

●$125 in Australia

●$125 in Canada

●600 AED in UAE


Q) Are there any additional charges aside from the price of the product that I have to incur in case of international shipment?

A) Though our charges are transparent, a customer might be charged additionally over and above the initial payment made for the products and these import duties are charged once the shipment reaches the customer’s country.


The amount for the same would differ from country to country as the import duty and taxes for each country are different. In case any country-specific Import duties are charged, they are paid by our courier partners, as agreed by us. You are required to clear the said dues at the time of delivery and pay the same to the courier partners.


Q) Is the color of my product exactly the same as I see it on the website?

A) We have done our best to accurately display the colors of the garments on our website, however the colors you see will also depend on the display settings and resolution of your monitor.


Q) What happens if no one is present to receive the package/shipment, at the address provided?

A) Keeping in view the ease of delivery, our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts at the address specified by the customer. Beyond this they will inform us about the package, being non-delivered.


Q) How do I place a cancellation request on mycsm.in?

Q) How long does it take to process my refund?

A) Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-14 working days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.


Q) Who are the courier partners of MYCSM?

A) All of MYCSM orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India to the shipping address provided by the customer via our courier partners viz FedEx / Blue Dart/ DTDC/ DHC/ Shiprocket, Delhivery etc.
