Shipping and Refund/Return Policy
The Chennai Shopping Mall ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://mycsm.in) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind The Chennai Shopping Mall will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within a week of receipt of the item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping expenses will be borne by Customer. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (The Chennai Shopping Mall) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from MYCSM for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, MYCSM does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 Items Out Of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Defective items
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to MYCSM within (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from MYCSM. The safe receipt of defective products by MYCSM is the sole responsibility of the customer. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as 'DEFECTIVE RETURNS'.
7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
8. Duties & Taxes
8.1 Taxes All the taxes have already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
8.2 Import Duties & Taxes Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and The Chennai Shopping Mall encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to The Chennai Shopping Mall at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
10.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

11. OBLIGATION OF MYCSM
a) MYCSM shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
b) MYCSM shall not refund any amount. (only store credit)
c) Special case – If the product is defective and the customer requests a refund, only then, the amount will be reflected in the customer’s given account details (upon inspection), within 25 working days.
d) Notwithstanding the above, MYCSM is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. MYCSM shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
12. Partial Refunds
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, MYCSM is unable to deliver certain products, the Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate products, MYCSM shall agree to refund the amount against such non-deliverable products.
13. Tracking of shipment
MYCSM shall provide details of shipment via email alerts & text message to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts & text messages shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. The customer may use the said details to keep a check on the status of the package. Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.
14. Customer service
For all customer service enquiries, please submit an enquiry at email@example.com PRODUCT DISCLAIMER The details of the products or product (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of MYCSM are only approximate values. While MYCSM shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of the order of the product, however; there may occur variations in the color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received. The Customer may take note of the following:
1. The colors red, maroon, and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on the website and the actual product.
2. The colors green and blue at times may overlap. The same is the case with off-white, white, and cream colors.
3. Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
4. Products that are embellished with sequins, beads may tend to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
5. MYCSM recommends the use of its sample blouse/ sample salwar suit, size trial option while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size/style, etc.
